USCIS Civil Surgeon, we are a complete USCIS Civil Surgeon service center. We are fully equipped to handle all aspects of the medical evaluation for immigration including vaccinations, lab testing and xray.
It is our mission to provide thorough, and accurate medical information in a useful and timely form.
Based in Atlanta, we are able to provide consultative medical services to individuals and corporations throughout the Southeast.
