PointMed provides on-site wellness Physicals. The physical examination will include the following elements:
Routine Physical Examination including Height, Weight, Vision, Body Mass Index, Ears, Eyes, Mouth, Neck, Heart, Lungs, Abdomen, Extremities
Breast, Testicular and Prostate exams available on request
Testing including urinalysis, and EKG
Review of Labs
Written Recommendations for follow up
This service is designed to provide a convenient annual physical and should not replace the routine care of a personal care physician.
